While industry experts agree that business analysts, IT organizations, few people know exactly what they are doing. Underlining this, said a recent survey by the renowned market research firm Forrester titled, The New Business Analyst:
Everyone agrees on the importance of the role of business analysts, but few people know exactly what it is that doing business analysts … develop a new generation of business technology analyst, in order to play a new role in implementing changes to the policy directly in the software support.
